Solura
Hello! In fifteen years of coaching, I kept seeing the same thing.
Women in their 40s — experienced athletes, high achievers, people who knew their bodies and knew how to work hard — finding that the rules had changed without warning. The training wasn't responding. The recovery was unpredictable. The body composition was shifting in ways no one could explain. And nobody in their corner — not their physician, not their existing coach — was talking about it in terms of performance.
Their doctors addressed symptoms. Their coaches addressed training. Nobody was connecting the two, and nobody was bringing data to the conversation.
That's the gap Solura fills.
Solura is a performance coaching and analytics platform for high-achieving women navigating perimenopause. We track recovery, training load, energy patterns, and hormonal context week over week — giving clients visible, trackable evidence of progress at a time when progress can feel impossible to see. The coaching is honest, not cheerleading. The methodology is documented and data-grounded. And the goal is always the same: give her back a sense of control in a transition that has a way of taking it.
I founded Solura in 2024. My background — two Olympic Trials qualifications, a PhD in geology, fifteen years of coaching, and a decade of data analytics work through Think Ubiquitous — is what the platform is built on. Every element of the Solura methodology reflects what I know about performance, physiology, and what it takes to see yourself clearly in your own data.
If this sounds like where you are, I'd love to talk.
